Billing of your accomodation

There are two payment options:

 1) PURCHASE ORDER (from your lab): as soon as you register on this site, PLEASE DONT FORGET TO ASK YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF TO ESTABLISH A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE ACCOMODATION PAYMENT. When several people from the same laboratory are planning to attend the meeting, it is better to establish a single purchase order per team or per lab (if possible) in order to simplify the adminstrative work and expenses.

 2) PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL: you may also pay your accomodation directly at the hotel during the conference. The Centre Paul Langevin will then emit a bill, and you will be reimbursed later by your lab.

Costs are divided as follows:

Detailed prices:

28,75 €/night + 20% VAT shared room, 
37,76 €/night + 20% VAT single room (if available),
19,00 €/meal Tax Incl. (15.92 + 10% VAT and 0.79  + 20% VAT)
5.33  €/breakfast + 10% VAT
5€ fee + 20% VAT
0.83€ /day tourist tax (duty free).

Funding

 The GDR has a small budget to organize the conference and to take in charge mission for a few people.

 Housing will be funded for approximately 20 people, in priority young researchers (PhD, post-docs) with limited resources (to mention at the registration stage).
